Hi, does any one know how to contact someone to make a serious complaint about awful customer service, lost business revenue and enough stress to burst a stress ball? I’ve been round in frustrating circles with virtual chat, WhatsApp and a lot of very unhelpful people… I just need to complain but that seems impossible!
