New HP 3830 will not print color from Windows 10 computer, unable to remove driver

I just purchased a brand new HP OfficeJet 3830 All in One Printer.  It can make color copies and when I print the demo from the printer itself, it prints in color. Any photos, documents, I attempt to print from using wifi will only print in black and white.  

I have tried to uninstall printer and also driver, but it will not let me remove drivers as it is saying it is in use, even when it is unplugged and I have removed the printer itself from windows.

Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.
