HP OfficeJet Pro 8025
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just received and install new HP OfficeJet Pro 8025, in fact, HP Tech Support did the installation of software and drivers.  The display, "Unable to download software" and giving me a choice of continue or OK to exit.   The printer will go offline during this operation.

It's very irritating!

I ran HP Smart and went online and there are no outstanding software or driver installs.
