HP OfficeJet Pro 8138e All-in-One Printer

Went through initial setup from Android App,

system asked to update firwmare, now it is stuck in a firmware update loop.

System tries to download firmware over wifi, tries to update, then displays "Update Unsuccesful", "the printer is unable to complete the request due to an internal error"

boots to idle, and does the same thing over and over again.


I tried to "factory reset" by unplugging, plugging  back in and pushing the power button for 10 seconds,

but it goes itself into the firwmare update loop.

Ok, if the product is not working after doing all the steps then you may need to Contact HP Support for warranty options in the next link:
