HP ENVY PHOTO ALL IN ONE 7858

Good afternoon, I had bought an HP ENVY 7858 from costco and they sent me the printer without the setup ink cartridges. Can you please assist me on bypassing this error message. I bought the cartridges the 7858 envy photo all in one uses. I don’t know why I can’t skip the message requesting for setup ink cartridges. Please help help help me I haven’t been able to use it. I tried resetting it partially and fully... I tried by passing pen “something” in the menu options I need help!!!

Hi @Eisllenvilela,

 

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
