Product: mac book pro
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

This is running me crazy. 

I cannot get this printer to print.

I run the HP SMART set up. 

I have all the drives updated.

The computer sees the printer and can tell the toner level, but when you send a job to print it just sits in the queque.

Anyone has a solution?
