Operating System: iOS

I had been able to print edge-to-edge on pages with the HP Smart printing app on iOS but it was updated yesterday and it doesn’t seem to let me do it anymore. Is there just a section in the app I’m missing or have they just removed the ability with the update??

Thank you for the reply KURAME. I’m afraid a lot of that information is unhelpful as it pertains mostly to Windows, Mac, or Linux computers which cannot run the HP Smart app.

 

I have looked into the help documents on the HP support website regarding the app but they only relate to the old version of the app, not the most recent update.

 

Do you have any further suggestions on getting help with this?

Hello I'm sorry my answer didn't help you. A question by chance you updated your Mac Os to Catalina 10.15 if so I'm afraid you will have to return to your previous version of your Mac as this new update removes 32 files that hp printers and programs like adobe need to work. I leave you other solutions edited  two programs are for you to install drivers install both as one program may not have the driver of the other, also say that driver booster free has other tools that may interest you.
