How do I clear the "Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink" message in order to setup my printer on wifi? The only way to setup wifi is through the wifi wizard which is on the control panel that I cannot access because of this error. All feedback I have seen was to "reset the wifi using the wifi button on the printer which this 8015e does NOT have" There is NO blue light flashing or solid, there is no blue light at all. HP Smart only says it is disconnected from the network which I know but in order to connect it you need to do it through the control panel which is jammed up w/this InstantInk error message (which by the way I actually AM enrolled in!!!) Finally, I am using MAC OS SONOMA 14.7 (23H124), which was not on the drop-down menu

Hi @GeeTee3,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
I'm sorry to hear you're having such trouble with the "Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink" message—especially when you can't get past it to set up your printer on Wi-Fi. Let's work through this together and get your printer up and running.
- Can you confirm that you’ve enrolled your printer in HP Instant Ink through your HP account or the HP Smart app?
- Have you tried resetting the printer’s network settings, even without a flashing blue Wi-Fi light?
- Does the printer display any other errors or messages on the control panel aside from the Instant Ink message?
If you have already tried the steps mentioned in this document and still having issues, I recommend you contact phone support.
