OfficeJet Pro 8025 Firmware Update Failed

For some reason my black in stopped printing, despite it being 1/2 full, doing a print head clean, manually cleaning, etc. I'm attempting to update the drivers with the new software as of 10/27 and the update is failing. What gives???
