Recently purchased a 9015 Officejet Pro & attempted to setup using manufacturer provided "setup" 962 cartridges. The on device screen is giving me a message stating there is a communication error with the Cyan cartridge & to replace the cartridge if issue continues. I cleaned the connectors on both the printer and cartridge and the issues persist. When replacing with another HP cartridge I am met with anther message asking to use the "setup" cartridges to continue the initial setup. It appears I may have a corrupted Cyan ink cartridge.
How can I continue the initial printer setup with the replacement cartridge?
