Hey!
I have an old Officejet 6500 E709n that's been working with no problems. Since the end of support for Flash crippled the HP Digital Imaging Monitor (Windows Tray App) I tried installing the HP Smart app.
The app doesn't find my printer. I've installed the HP Scan Extended app from the Windows store and it has no problem seeing the printer. Also, the native Windows Fax and Scan app works perfectly.
I have the printer in my HP.com profile. and have logged into the HP Smart app.
Is there something I'm missing?

I see that you are unable to use HP smart app for Windows with thus printer.
This printer is not compatible with the HP Smart app for Windows.
However, you can install HP full feature driver for this printer in Windows computer:- Click here

I have installed the AIO support suite but that's where I see the Flash error.
So I believe I'll have to use one of the other apps for scanning from the PC.
