Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Dear community members,

 

I have printer head issue.

Did already get help from HP support via Reset Menu to do "semi full reset", but worked for 1 time and afterwards get same error message again.

How can I solve fault code Oxc19a0003 with print head.

Your help is appreciated.

If you have already performed the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
