HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP 2200 PCL5 works fine with new computer except it no longer prints multiple copies of same document. I assumed it is because I now have 64 bit OS.

I've downloaded pcl6-usb-x64-7.1.0.25570. It puts it in folder c:/hpuniversalprintdriver. There is a setup.exe file in this folder. It won't let me run the file either as administrator or 'other user'.

I've also downloaded the other pcl6 drivers and tried installing them in all three ways. It *appears* to install and can be seen in the control panel window as 'HP Universal Printing PCL6', but when you actually go to print it is not connecting with the PCL5 printer and wants me to designate a printer which i can't do.
