Hello,
I have HP LaserJet Pro P1102 which worked perfectly when I had windows 7. Now that I am in windows 10, and I tried to install its corresponding driver, the installation - choosing p1100 series in the wizard- after some processing got interrupted with a pop-up window saying that it can't add a new printer.
I tried HP SMART app and HP easy start and both haven't worked.

Hi,
Yes, I installed the driver which by the way give me to choose between four choices: (P1100w, P1100, P1560, P1600dn). I chose P1100 series since my printer reference is : P1102.
Please see below, the development of my driver's installation to get a better view. The third image interrupts my installation when it reaches "new device is now connected...".
