Product: HP Laserjet P3015dn (CE528A)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

Printer actually have the 20120718 07.140.3 firmware.

Is connected with ethernet cable with static ip.

I downloaded the " HP LaserJet P3015 Series HP Easy Firmware Upgrade Utility (Includes Code Signing) for Windows Operating Systems" version 07.250.2 - 2017/01/06

I launched the tool from a Windows Server 2012 R2. The tool was performed regularly but, when I connected at web configuration page of the printer, I noticed that firmware version was not changed.

I shutdown and restart printer, but nothing change. I tried several times without result.

Have you any ideas how to solve this issue ??

First of all , let me thank you for your help.

Finally I got the issue: I had some old drivers installed that were not good for update tool.

Updating the drivers, the tool worked fine !

Maybe HP should consider to highlight this in their support pages.

Anyhow, where I can find the .rfu files ?? I don't see in download section.

I suggest that you download the standard .rfu file firmware and install it that way. Be sure to download the readme file as it gives complete instructions on installing using various methods including FTP. As your current firmware is very old in some cases you may need to update in two steps. I can provide a middle firmware if you need it. PM me if this does not work and I will send you a dropbox link for a firmware from 2014/2015
