i CANT SEEM TO GET MY PRINTER INSTALLED. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING, BUT TO NO AVAIL, IT DOESN'T WORK. AT FIRST I TRIED TO INSTALL MY CANNON PRINTER AND IT FAILED, SO I PUT MY HP ENVY 63059 BACK OUT AGAIN. WHAT CAN I DO TO INSTALL MY PRINTER. I HAVE TMOBILE INTERNET.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue with installing your HP ENVY 6300 printer on your HP Stream 14-cb161wm laptop:
 

1. Check Printer Compatibility

  • Ensure that your HP ENVY 6300 printer is compatible with Windows 11.

2. Update Printer Drivers

  • Go to the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your HP ENVY 6300 printer.
  • Alternatively, you can use the HP Smart app to find and install the necessary drivers. Download the app from the Microsoft Store or HP’s website.

3. Connect Printer to WiFi

  • Ensure that your printer is connected to your WiFi network. Use the printer’s control panel to connect it to the network.

4. Use HP Smart App

  • Open the HP Smart app and follow the instructions to add your printer. This app helps with both wireless and wired connections.

5. Check Printer Status

  • Ensure that the printer is powered on and not showing any error messages.

6. Restart Devices

  • Restart your HP Stream laptop, printer, and router. This can help resolve connectivity issues.

7. Verify Internet Connection

  • Check that your T-Mobile internet connection is stable and working. Ensure that your laptop and printer are on the same network.

8. Run Printer Troubleshooter

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.
  • Run the “Printer” troubleshooter to detect and fix any issues.

9. Remove and Reinstall Printer

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
  • Select your HP ENVY 6300 printer and click “Remove device.”
  • Add the printer again by clicking “Add a printer or scanner.”

10. Check Firewall and Antivirus
