I don't know if this is the right board but I lost my printer along with everything else I own in the Palisades Fire in Los Angeles on January 7, 2025. I'm trying to cancel my Instant Ink service and HP has charged me for the entire month of January and wants to charge me for the 1st part of February as well. I cannot for the life of me find someone at HP to help me. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

You can cancel online and by phone.
(1) Cancel Instant Ink online:

(2) Also you can contact HP Instant Ink directly by phone
- Just open same Instant Ink page, just scroll down to check the phone number.
