I have an odd problem:
The printer is connected via network to my computer. Until yesterday, all worked fine and I could print and scan.
Today when I click on the 'Solution Center' icon it open the software with a message that the printer in not connected, and I cannot scan.
However, if I go to 'Printers and Scanners' window setting, I can print a test page from there.
I uninstalled the software and re-installed it.
Now while in installation, I receive a big red X when it tries to connect to the printer and the installation stops.
I don't know if the problem is in my printer or my computer.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do?
Computer: DELL laptop with Windows 10 Pro (64bits)
Wired network
Thank you in advance.

HP Solution Center needs Flash to run BUT Adobe stopped Flash late last year (Dec 2020). Please try following option

Thanks for the quick answer.
I manage to use the Windows printer driver for printing and finally I can print and set the printer as default.
But
Whatever I tried with the scanner part of it, didn't work.
I followed the articles and no matter what I tried, it could not find the printer/scanner.
Any advice?
