I have a MAC and an HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 Series.

My printer is offline.

I've unplugged it three times and it is still offline.

Steps to fix?

Hi @frustrated611 

 

1. First, reset printer in MacOS with the steps provided in next video:

2. Then, please download and install  HP Printer drivers for MacOS from the next link:

https://apple.com/HP_Drivers.dmg

 

3. And go to System Preferences > Printers then Add the printer.

 

4. Check the steps in the next video to add your printer:
