Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro 4301fdw

Trying to install the full featured drivers for a Color LaserJet Pro 4301fdw on a Surface Pro 9 (Snapdragon CPU) on Windows 11 Pro.  I can download and initiate the installation process but at the end I am greeted with the following error:

I have installed this software on several other Windows 11 PC's in my network with no issue.  Not sure why this one is different.

I'm not surprised you haven't received any replies to your question.  I have the EXACT same issue with installing my OJ8030 drivers from only one of many computers in my home and haven't received a reply after 5 days.

Does your PC also have an ARM based CPU?  I'm thinking that might be the issue with me since I've pretty much eliminated everything else.

How do I install this?  I've never encountered this before.  I am a personal user, and this looks directed more toward corporate use?  The printer is already listed in Printers and Scanners:
