To HP:
When previewing a post, I see that a box partially obscures the preview window. This diminishes the purpose of the preview. The box shows my name, as if I did not know who I am.
HP can do better than this.
Please relocate the box so that the preview window is fully viewable.
Thanks.

Hello @Michael-Tulsa ,
Welcome to the HP community.
This is a Peer-2-Peer community forum and not a official HP Support forum.
If you require assistance with a HP Product and volunteers are unable to help, I suggest you contact HP Support.
There are some agents in this community but they do not see every post that is created.
If this is a complaint about the community forum itself and the layout of such, this is provided by an external company and used widely in the industry. We would need more details about what OS you use etc. but as this is a single complaint you may just have to live with it.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
Notice: I am an HP Poly employee but all replies within the community are done as a volunteer outside of my day role. This community forum is not an official HP Poly support resource, thus responses from HP Poly employees, partners, and customers alike are best-effort in attempts to share learned knowledge.
If you need immediate and/or official assistance for former Poly\Plantronics\Polycom please open a service ticket through your support channels
For HP products please check HP Support.
Please also ensure you always check the General VoIP , Video Endpoint , UC Platform (Microsoft) , PSTN

Hello,
This issue reduces the functionality of post previews—HP should reposition the name box to ensure the preview area remains unobstructed and fully usable. Small UI refinements like this can make a big difference.

SteffenBaierUK: I appreciate the information that you have added to help me understand who owns this website and how it interfaces with HP.
You have also identified yourself as an HP employee. "Notice: I am an HP Poly employee but all replies within the community are done as a volunteer outside of my day role."
As both a community member of this website, and an HP employee, you can contribute to your company and the community by being part of the solution, not just some knowledgeable observer. Do something to resolve the problem for everyone's benefit.
Thanks.

Hello @Michael-Tulsa ,
Thanks for acknowledging my role as a volunteer. As you may notice, it is the weekend and I am still replying in my personal time.
So far, you have not shared where or what your actual issue is
If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
