Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂

Thank you for posting on HP Forums, MKazi is at your service.

I understand that you would like to have the drivers for your HP ENVY 5030 All-in-One Printer for Windows Vista (64 bit) OS. I'll be glad to help.

During my research, I could find the drivers for Windows (32 bit) OS and other higher versions of Windows: HP ENVY 5030 All-in-One Printer. You might attempt to install these drivers.

In case, these drivers do not work then Please download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor software. This is a free tool for Windows to help resolve issues with the printer drivers and can install the most compatible drivers for your HP printer.

NOTE: If you're going to connect the printer via USB, then do not connect it initially. Begin the installation first and later there will be a prompt to connect the printer. That's when you may connect the printer.

Another trick that can help is by installing in the inbuilt printer drivers from the Windows operating system itself. The steps mentioned in "Step 3: Install the print driver with the Add a Printer wizard" from this HP document will help.

I sincerely hope this information helps. Feel free to let me know how it goes. Cheers! 🙂
