Hello,

 

A/ On a laptop,  I have to reinstall pilot for the printer  HP Envy 4527  because Windows 10    has to be   installed ; initial system was Windows 7 .

Is it the good page :

B/ Perhaps I have to check the installation on my  desktop but the printer works well.

Download the HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software. It provides a guided setup and drivers for your HP printer. Here is the link to download the file https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/HPEasyStart_11_0_4498_30.exe
