Hi,
I have just got a new 2 in 1 tablet and whenever I print I keep getting User Intervention. I just permanentley restarted the whole device so everything was erased, it also said driver problem. After reseting everything, it still says user intervention. I fix it by stopping and restarting printer Spooler but the next day it says User intervention again and is not easily fixed by restarting print spooler. Please advice me on what to do. Thank you

- Type control printers, then press Enter. The Devices and Printers window opens.
- Right-click on your printer icon, then click on Printer properties, click on the Ports tab, and click on Add Port....
- Select Standard TCP/IP Port and click New Port....
- Click Next, then enter the printer's IP address (e.g. 192.168.1.97) in the Printer Name or IP Address field and click Next.

Hi,
I tried those steps now instead of stating user intervention it states driver is unavailable. Is their something wrong with my printer or new device? Also when I print from my phone I need to delete and install the HP app from Playstore to print or it will print and just cut of some of the work. Thanks for your suggestion though. Edit: I removed the printer and connected it again it said ready now after 10 seconds user intervention.
