Printer name: HP Deskjet 2652 * Wireless
My printer prints beautifully for off-line documents, i.e. a document that I type on MSWord. But I cannot get it to print a document that is online. I have tried resetting the printer several times, and I have tried following the steps shown in this forum, but no positive results. BTW, this is a relatively new problem; it began about 3 months ago. Prior to that time, it did print online as well as off-line documents. Thanks for any help. brianbalkcom@tds.net

Hi,
Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe
Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.
Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy and check.
