I am unable to print in colour and/or use the duplex facility on my HP ENVY 5544 printer when printing from my PC (Windows 10). I can print in colour if I select a report from the printer (I can't find a two page report to test duplex from the printer). I would guess that this indicates s software problem.
I have fully updated Windows 10 software. I have downloaded and reinstalled the latest drivers (EN5540_Full_WebPack_1119.exe). without success. I have found when reinstalling the drivers I am asked to re-register before I can activate the reinstalled software/drivers b ut after completing the form there seems to be no option to activate the software. Any advice please?

Hi @cws777
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the color print issue.
Download and install HP Print and Scan Doctor, it is a Windows tool to fix printer issues. Restart the computer after the process.
