HP ENVY Inspire 7921e All-in-One Printer

I have a new Envy Inspire printer and originally set it up on my iPhone and printed successfully. I then set it up on my MacBook Pro. Everything looks fine as far as drivers and set up is concerned, but when I try to print I constantly get the message that the printers is paused (not the print job, but the printer). I have deleted and re-set and I am getting the same thing again. Please help. This is getting very frustrating.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Make a copy on the printer standalone and let me know if you have the same issue. (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)

 

Update the printer firmware by clicking on this link and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

If the issue still persists, Uninstall the printer software by following the steps from this link and restart the device.

Install the printer software by clicking on the link again..
