I purchased a printer from HP a little over a year ago. After that anniversary a blue screen of printer death appeared with codes, nothing had changed with the printers location or power accessories, but nonetheless it stopped working. I called HPs support and supplied them with the proper information and they pretty much decided there was no fix and I needed to buy a new one. The printer was almost 200 dollars. One would expect it to last a little longer or at least have fixes for the issues, but they asked me to buy another one. Unfortunately I didn’t have insurance and paying monthly ink fees didn’t suffice to qualify for another. I hope for future software fixes or better insurance plans for their ink that covers the printer also! But has anyone resolved a blue screen.

Has anyone else had these issues?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Support Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
