Product: HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer

Hello,

 

HP smart does not recognise my printer (Deskjet 2710e All-in-One Printer) pin code while doing a new set up.

 

The first set up was successful. Recently, for unknown reason, I could not connect anymore the printer to HP Smart.

I did uninstall /  install HP smart and did a new set up for the same printer.

I can now connect the printer with HP Smart but cannot set it up, as the PIN Code written on the printer, looks be now invalid (message "PIN code invalid" pops up)

 

Could someone from HP Team create and send me a new PIN Code ?
