Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy 5032, which has worked fine previously, is now offline and won't print. it has a ? symbol illuminated.

The paper tray is OK. i have recently had a new router and have inputted in and the wifi light is permanently illuminated and shows wifi ok and accepted. Any thoughts?
