Product: HPF90AF9 Envy

Hi, can anyone help. My HP printer has stopped printing colour - although there is colour ink in there and the settings say 'colour'.

 

Also it is stuck on printing 2 pages on one and won't let me change it back. When i go into printer settings it says I don;t have permission to change (the PC is mine only, so no one else does if I don't...!)

What is your exact printer model as listed on its front? this would be crucial to provide you any steps to try as a starting point.
