Recently moved my printer to a different space with a different router. Now the printer won't print. I've ran the HP Print & Scan Doctor app, and it just tells me my printer has a serious issue. The printer won't print an internal page or a regular page. I try to print reports directly from the printer, and nothing happens. Furthermore, it will not scan or copy anything. When I try to shut it down, it shows it circling, and it doesn't actually shut down. I've restarted and disconnected the printer multiple times, and nothing is working... Please help.
