Every single time I try to print a document, I receive an error message that my printer is offline. Restarting doesn't even fix the problem. The only way to get past this is to run the Troubleshooter, which results in a "no issues found" message and THEN, and only then, will my printer wake up and start printing. This printer never meets my expectations and I'm ready to throw it in the trash.

From the description, it sounds like the printer is perhaps dropping off of the network without a way to find its way back.
Network issues are common -- the underlying causes vary, of course.
Wireless can be tricky and might be less stable than using Ethernet.
Some (not all) of things to recheck:
- Check the number of frequencies supported by the router -- and how each of the SSID named networks is configured and broadcast.
- Check whether the printer is trying to manage too many connections at one time.
Number of Simultaneous Users (local + network) 1-5 Users - Check whether the printer is assigned its own IP static / manual IP address.
- If supported by the printer model, check whether the printer is connected to a SSID named network .
SSID_Dual_Band_Example_Router_2
- Whether the printer is trying to exist in a mesh network environment.
- When other options fail, sometimes you can select the Wireless frequency on the device (computer, tablet, phone) to control how the printer talks to that device.

Offline Condition
Although the printer appears to be switched on, it does not communicate with other devices on your network.
