Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

Printer only shows HP on screen but won’t turn off And can’t be found. Nothing happens when you try to select things on the screen and the Wi-Fi is not highlighted.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that your printer is stuck on the loading screen. I am glad to assist you.

You might have to reset the printer to fix this issue.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
