If my warranty is expired on my printer does that mean I need to purchase a new one. My printer will not allow me to print.

@Marie2361, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

While it's true that your warranty has expired, it doesn't necessarily mean you need to buy a warranty. You can definitely continue using your current printer, but please note that any services or repairs will now be charged on a case-by-case basis, as the warranty no longer covers them.

Could you let me know what specific error or issue you're encountering? That way, I can help guide you through troubleshooting steps or suggest the best next steps for getting it up and running again.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
