A4 prints fine. A3 is printing poor quality and only in black and white everytime. The document is PDF and it is high enough quality - what settings need changed? Tried re aligning still no better.

Go to hp.com and download the latest HP driver for your printer model. You are currently running Microsoft drivers that are causing A3 print issues.

It still doesn’t seem to work and print quality at A3 is terrible. The maximum quality I can choose to print in is 600x600 however maximum of printer is 1200x1200? Is there any way to change this - the only options in drop down are 600x600 which is terrible, then 300x300 which I tried to see what happens and it’s obviously even worse quality. 

any ideas on how I can up it?

How do I download the driver do you have a link as I thought I had done it - I have the smart app currently and went onto a page last night where a driver downloaded (or said it had) and refreshed everything but stil no different. Can you send step by step instructions please
