Printing wirelessly after Google mesh installation

I'm having trouble connecting to and printing wirelessly with my HP 9020 Printer after installing Google Mesh.  The printer says it's connected to the network.  My laptop says it sees the printer.  But HP Scan Doctor can't communicate with the printer.  And the Printer keeps saying it's "Offline".  The Wireless Network Test Results show that everything is good.  Only tip is the "more than one access point/wireless router has been found that matches your wireless network name (SSID)".  I think this is because there are multiple Google Mesh access points throughout the house now.  That's how it's supposed to work.  You can't name them differently - they won't 'Mesh' then.  So - what do I do?

Google Mesh has been around for awhile now.  This printer was bought in 2019, so not that old.  I have an older HP 8600, and that printer is able to connect without a problem.  Go figure.

Assign a manual IP address and that should fix the issue.

A Network Configuration Page lists important network settings such as network status and the printer IP address.

1. Load plain white paper in the input tray.
2. From the home screen on the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Wireless icon or Ethernet icon to display the network status screen.
3. Touch Print Details to print the network configuration page.

Setting a Static IP Address

Once you know your printer’s IP address from the page you printed, entering it is pretty easy. Here’s what you do:

1. Run your Web browser.
2. In the Web browser’s address bar, type the IP address of your printer and press Enter. Assuming you entered the right address, the HP printer control panel should appear.
3. Click the Networking tab.
4. Under Connections, click Wireless.
5. Under IP Address Configuration, click Manual IP.
6. Enter the IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway in the appropriate boxes.
7. Click Apply.
