Printer will print in color, if th document is sent from my iPad, but will only print in B&W when sent from my Dell PC
Printer and PC are connected via WiFi, not by USB
This System has functioned fine until two days ago with the PC
I reviewed the setting and there is no option to select Color, Grayscale or B&W
I have tried printing various document types from different programs. All print in B&W only
I have deleted all Drivers and related files, reinstalled, restarted as directed and no Joy
Please Advise.

@KyleAllen, welcome to HP Support Community!
Follow the below mentioned steps and check:
- Go to control panel – Devices and printers – Give a right click on Envy 4520 and select printing preferences.
- In the pop-up window, click on “Advanced” button - check for printing in grayscale option. Make sure it is turned off.
- Also once you try to print a document please go to printer properties to make sure it is not set in “print in greyscale” option.
Try the root level uninstallation of print drivers-
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
Restart the PC and download the full-featured software from here.
If the issue persists, uninstall the printer and then install the Windows built-in driver
Refer to this link.
Also, update the printer firmware from here
Let me know the outcome.
Cheers 🙂

The two suggested fixes did not work
Ther is no option to select Color or uncheck greyscale in the printer settings. It does not show on any of the tabs, including Advanced
Uninstalling all of the drives and reinstalling does not work either. Still prints color documents in B&W
Will it continue to take a day day and a half to get a response to questions using this terrible Customer Service/technical assistance interface?
thanks,
Kyle
