Product: HP LaserJet MFP M225DW

Hello, i just bought this printer. When I turned It on, I notice that many feauteres of the lcd didn't work properly so I noticed that the printer's firmware was stuck in 2014. I tried to upgrade It from the printer, but when It discovered the new firmware and downloaded It the printer doesn't restart end It didn't get the last firmware. I tried to download the new version from HP website but same problem, when the process is completed the printed remains stuck with the 2014 version. I really do not know what to do now and the printer is unusable . Please help me.
