At the moment I can't print anymore. Everytime the message "Problem with cartridge" appears. I don't use original HP-cartridges. Mid October HP supplied for a lot of models an update to solve this problem. I didn't find a link for my model (Officejet 5610). What can I do ?

Thanks for showing your interest in the HP Forums! I see that you are getting the error "Problem with cartridge" with the Non-HP cartridges. I would like to help.
Your printer wasn't affected by this update: Dedicated to the best printing experience.
You can try these steps, but no guarantees they will work with Non-HP cartridges: 'Incorrect Print Cartridge' or 'Print Cartridge Problem' Message Displays on the Printer Control Pan...
