HP Recommended

I have the exact same printer and error. It's brand new but I can't seem to find a solution.

I have done everything from a factory reset, updates, reset connections, reinstalled drivers. Nothing works. I can't do anything with the printer now.

 

So I guess it's going back for a refund/replacement as I can't get any answers.
