HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My existing HP officejet 8710 went offline recently.  I deleted it from my Windows PC, reconnected it to the network and tried to re-install it to my PC.  The printer is quickly found in the Printers & Scanner list but when I click add printer it keeps displaying an error saying "Driver Unavailable".  A few times it was successfully added to the list of online printers but only as a Scanner and not the all-in-one printer it should be listed as.  The options to Update Driver or Roll Back Driver is greyed out.  I have tried using HP Smart to re-install the printer but it still defaults back to the Windows Add Printer page that is giving me all the issues.

Easy Start didn’t resolve the driver issue.  But what did help was HP Print and Scan Doctor.
