Installing ReadIris - says I need to install microsoft.net framework SP1 - but tried that and it doesnt seem to like Windows 10

Which version of readiris are you trying to install?
The .net framework you installed, which one is it?

I didnt manage to install the Microsoft SP1 as it failed several times and the that threw me out of ReadIris install which the download stated was v16 but the actual download looks to be 14

Have you enabled the .NET Framwork 3.5 feature from Windows?
