Hi, I got this printer for the office and was working fine. One day just showed in the screen this message "Ready to Download FW is corrupt" and now i can't use it any more. I was reading that i need to update the firmware, I downloaded the one at the support webpage but I think the printer is not comunicating with the computer via usb cable. there is an other way to fix it? Helpme please!!!

Hi @Edd_Cobos,
Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query. I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that you are facing issues with your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw wherein it is stuck on the message "Ready to Download FW is corrupt".
This could be a hardware issue with the unit.
However, you may try performing an NVRAM reset on the unit.
I will send you the steps to perform an NVRAM reset in a private message.

You have a good day ahead.
