Hi @Swano,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding removing an email address from the HP ENVY Photo 7822 All-in-One Printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Access HP Connected Account
If you have an HP Connected account associated with your printer, you can manage the email settings directly from there:
Log into HP Connected:
- Visit HP Connected and log in with your account credentials.
Manage Email Settings:
- Navigate to your printer settings and choose the option to manage email addresses.
- Remove the unwanted email address from the list.
Reset Web Services
If removing the email address from HP Connected is not possible, you can disable and then re-enable Web Services on your printer. This will effectively clear all email addresses associated with the printer:
Disable Web Services:
- On the printer’s control panel, press the HP ePrint button.
- Follow the prompts to turn off Web Services.
Enable Web Services:
- After disabling Web Services, wait a few minutes.
- Press the HP ePrint button again and follow the prompts to re-enable Web Services.
- This action will reset the Web Services and clear any previously associated email addresses.
Reset Printer Settings
As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on your printer to remove all settings, including email addresses:
Access Setup Menu:
- On the printer’s control panel, navigate to Setup.
Select Printer Maintenance:
- In the Setup menu, select Printer Maintenance.
Restore to Factory Defaults:
- Choose Restore or Restore Factory Defaults.
- Confirm the reset action. This will revert the printer to its original settings, removing all email addresses and other personalized settings.
I hope this helps.
