Hello everyone,
I have an HP 107w printer that I bought 3 years ago. Recently, I tried to reconfigure it for a new WiFi network, but I forgot the ID and password of the printer. I tried everything I could, such as restoring the wireless configuration (pressing wireless button for 20s) , but it didn't change the login and password of the web page, only the wireless configs. I also tried some tips, such as holding the wireless and cancel buttons for 3 seconds (don't even know if it is official), but it didn't work. Unfortunately, there is nothing about it in the manual, which is frustrating because I am losing a lot of time trying to figure out something that should be so simple. I would like to know how I can restore the default username and password so I can reconfigure it for my new SSID network. Thank you.

Hello,
I live in Brazil and the costumer service is paid for products out of warranty, which is my case (even to get just a phone call with an attendant is already paid). So I need to pay just because I forgot the password? Is this fair? Something that should be as simple as pressing a button. I wonder why HP doesn't provide a simple functionality to restore default conditions such as almost 100% of the other companies do. I will not pay and I feel extremely dissatisfied and disappointed for having now a useless product that I can't even change its configuration to my new WiFi SSID because, well, I can't access it!
Thank you for your comprehension.
