I am back with this question which has been not been solved since june last year.

 

Reset the web password on MFP M443 - HP Support Community - 8634509

 

Any chance someone can propose a solution?

I see there is an issue with resetting the web services.  Looks like we need to reset the printer. Since the reset instruction is different for all the unit

 

Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name.
