HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e All-in-One Printer

Hi,

when I scan multiple pages from the ADF to email as PDF I get mutliple emails with 1 PDF and 1 page each.

There is a bug / unwanted behaviour in Scan to Email with PDF!

When I scan 4 pages from the ADF to email I get 4 emails, with 1PDF each and each PDF contains 1 page. To continue working with this is really painfull

The expected behaviour would be to receive just 1 Email with 1 PDF with all 4 pages. This is the same behaviour I get when I scan to network drive. There I will get 1 PDF with 4 pages.

If I would need separate PDF with 1 Page each I could scan it that way.

Hope this there is a resolution through (not yet found) settings or in a future firmware!

Sebastian

PS: I had multiple calls with support, but they do not get the problem and always tried to solve connections issues (which I do not have)

With a dedicated Merge PDF tool such as [edit], combining multiple files into one document is quick and effortless.

I hope it will help you.
