Why is that Virtual help desk such a weak help agent?...never ever has received help?.....My scanner sometimes works...next hour it doesn't?...where is HP with updating their drivers?

To assist you better, which app are you using to scan?

Do you get any errors?

How is the printer connected? Check the connectivity.

 

Kindly elaborate on the issue you are facing while scanning.

 

For now, update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your Mac.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Also, check for any software updates on Mac

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.
