I just opened my new office jet pro 8020e and trying to set it up.  When I get to the step to add the ink cartridges, it says to lift the scanner lid but it won't lift. It feels like it's stuck or caught on something in the lower left corner.  I have watched multiple videos and they have all the scanner lid opening easy no effort. There not even a button that needs pushed to make it open. HELP!
